Pork and veggies-crock pot

Pork and Veggies - Tweeked from this recipe here. 1 lb Pork Roast, cut into 1/2 inch strips 1 Onion, chopped 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 small acorn squash, cubed ½ pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced 1 8oz can Chicken broth 1.5 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Combine ingredients in a large ziptop bag, freeze. Thaw contents of bag and place in a slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over hot "rice" - ie. riced cauliflower or shredded and steamed cabbage. Serves approx. 5-6 people.
