Love yourself

The Four Self Love Commandments Hey Helene happy Friday! Thank you so much to the awesome response to my last email, I'm so happy so many of you are loving the Month Map! Of course February is the month of love, and I like to use all the Valentines Day crap in the shops as a reminder to indulge in some self love too! Without wishing to sound corny, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you'll ever have and will set the tone for all other relationships in your life, including the one with food. To give yourself some loving feelings this coming month, try out my four self love commandments: Thou shall not talk shit about oneself - knock the negative self talk on the head ladies! Watch your inner dialogue and try and talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend. Thou shall not compare oneself to others - because comparison is the thief of joy Thou shall treat yo self - act like you love yourself and indulge, but remembering that some unhealthy foods are not 'treats' for your body. Treat yourself with good food, self care etc. Investing in yourself is always going to bring you a good return.
